Avignon Soleil Topo Guide ROCHER QUÉBEC The photo of this cliff makes it look like something amazing and worth driving 1000 miles for. I can say that it's a bit of an illusion, since the slab is only 20 routes wide and around 22m high. It's not a con though - since the routes that are here, are perfect for the lower grade 3-5 climber. If you are a bit unsteady, or wary of going high above your gear, then this is the ideal spot to visit. In summer this area is like an oven, but at other times, it can be perfect with it's general South facing aspect. It is just above a tiny village with an excellent bar restaurant, so you are well advised to put it on your list of places to visit. Photo: TOMBER EN AMOUR: 4- Climber: Mira Irion |
