TROIS RIVIERES

An old cliff that seems to have gone out of favour, and left very quiet. Not such a bad thing since the access issue here is delicate. However, some more routes have recently been bolted up, and there doesn't seem to be a problem if climbers look after the area and park sensibly, and are not really noticed. (It's more the kids making fires and having parties unfortunately).

A north facing crag in the trees, but gets a bit humid in summer - so it's a double edged sword in that instance.

Very bouldery style moves, and good pockets, so you make a lot of distance with each move. Bolted for those that know how to do the routes, and bloddy difficult to climb here onsight.

Very mean and blank limestone. The routes become a lot easier when practised, since the slightly overhanging angle, wallops your stamina onsight, and crux's demand quite powerful oomphs.

Definitely worth remembering. River nearby with areas to picnic, swim etc.
